The 12 Electric Club is a group of electrical contractors, manufacturers and wholesalers, based in Kent, who meet monthly for a social lunch and to discuss the electrical industry. During the year they raise money for various charities and have to date donated in excess of £100,000 to EEIBA and other local organisations.
At their 32nd Annual Dinner Dance, and as a result of other fundraising activities during the year, a £5,000 cheque was given to EEIBA’s Chief Executive, Timothy Lambert.
In paying tribute to the “12” and the supporters at the Dinner Dance for such a brilliant result, EEIBA’s Chief Executive said that he wished there were 12 Electric Clubs throughout the UK providing essential social and commercial links and raising much needed funds for EEIBA and other local organisations! “You are all stars! Thank you and here’s to 2010.”
