New Windows for Mrs B
Mrs B, a widow who lives in
Lancashire, receives a small
pension from Innogy having
worked for 15 years at
Agecroft Power Station.
She has severe arthritis and diabetes which has affected her kidneys.
She has a mortgage on her house and recently discovered that three of her windows had become in a serious state of disrepair.
She contacted EEIBA and was visited by our Regional Welfare Officer, who was able to organise replacement windows.
