Quality of Life Improved

Mrs Perry

Mr Perry, (72), worked for Yorkshire Electricity for 39 years. He had to have a hip replacement and his wife, has had a series of operations on her back, hip and foot. Both have great difficulty getting in and out of the bath.

This mobility issue meant that their priority was to remove their old bath and replace it with a walk in shower. So Mr Perry approached EEIBA's Help Line and requested assistance.

EEIBA's Regional Welfare Officer made contact, researched the options that were available, obtained estimates and agreement was quickly given.

Following completion of the work, Mr & Mrs Perry are absolutely delighted with the new shower which has made life so much easier.
