Elsie Summers is a widow – her late husband having worked as
a charge-hand at Rugeley Power Station for 35 years.
Elsie has severe arthritis which considerably affects her mobility and causes her great difficulty in accessing her bath.
She made contact with the EEIBA to see whether we could assist her with the costs towards a new walk-in shower.
The charity was able to obtain the shower and also advised her how to apply for Attendance Allowance so as to help her with her finances for which she is extremely grateful.

As part of its commitment to the well-being of electrical contractors, NICEIC has entered a new partnership with EEIBA.
