President’s message from the Annual Review 2010/11 This year has been a year of change for EEIBA - turning a charity into a business, in the business of running a charity.

Since that statement EEIBA has undergone significant change – moving the EEIBA headquarters to a modern, office, outsourcing the finance function, conducting a research project aimed at getting stakeholder feedback, and restructuring the organisation to direct more funds to our welfare programmes.
